1. Our Service
Songforge Studios creates personalized, professionally produced songs based on the information you provide. Each song is a bespoke creative work blending human songwriting and AI-assisted production.
2. Orders & Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. Prices are listed per package. Rush Delivery is an optional add-on. All sales are processed through secure third-party providers.
3. Revisions & Delivery
Each package includes a set number of revisions. Delivery timelines are estimates and begin once we have all necessary details. Rush orders are prioritized for 48-hour delivery.
4. Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, you receive full personal-use rights to your custom song. Songforge Studios retains the right to decline requests that are unlawful, hateful, or infringe on others' rights.
5. Refunds
Because each song is custom-made, refunds are handled case-by-case. If you're unhappy, we'll work with you through revisions to make it right.
6. Limitation of Liability
Songforge Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our service beyond the amount paid for your order.
